Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unworn garment in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our bridal specialists inspect the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
